The world of Internal Communication still holds a special place in my heart, so I continue to offer consultancy services, often combined with coaching support too.

I am a highly experienced and qualified internal communication and employee engagement leader with over 20 years experience gained across Pharma and R&D industries, global organisations, complex organisational change projects and SMEs.

I’m an active Fellow of the Institute of Internal Communication, advocate for embedding the value and benefits of any organisational change through employee engagement and relevant, compelling internal communications underpinned with a solid, strategic foundation and high-performing communication team culture.

What the Culture Creator Package entails …

We’ll work together through a workshop with all of your staff using a simple yet powerful tool that creates really human conversations about culture and your employee experience. It is designed to be used by everyone within your organisation, regardless of their status, to define a workplace culture that encompasses the feelings and experiences that everyone needs in order to thrive at work.

No matter where you and your team are based I can run this in-person with you, or virtually.

A pre-meeting video call to discuss your business, people, challenges and aspirations.

A 4-hour workshop run in-person at your office or preferred UK location for you and all your staff.  I also offer a virtual workshop if you’re outside the UK, or if your staff work remotely.


A group culture map of the desired behaviours and attributes to clarify and improve the way your employees feel and work together


My expert recommendations on what you can practically do back in the workplace to lead, engage and motivate your people in alignment with your culture map


A follow-up 90-minute consultation call to debrief and discuss the insights you gleaned and the actions you’ll need to implement to embed the co-created culture into the DNA of your business. I’ll weave in my personal recommendations and best practices to set you on the right track too.


Two further check-ins after 6 weeks and 3 months following the workshop to discuss your progress, tackle challenges, spot new opportunities and get my advice to help you get well on the road to embedding your desired culture.  Consistency and intentional action are the key to the workshop becoming a powerful catalyst of change and this is what I want to help you achieve through these follow-up sessions.
