I know exactly how it feels to fall into the hard-worker trap and feel work has got on top of you, zapping your energy and consuming the hours in your day.  After the summer break, many of us set new intentions and September is a perfect time to reset.  But even with recharged batteries and the motivation to change, we can fall quickly back into old habits.  All the good intentions fly out of the window and work takes over our lives, again.

It’s not about becoming a rebel or a stickler for working set hours.  It’s about becoming smart in how you work and in-tune with yourself to maximise your own natural strengths, tendencies, energy and needs.

RESET is a whole new way of experiencing your working life.  And I hope it will change your view of how you ‘should’ work forever.

This is a space purposefully designed to support you and hold you accountable to establish new ways of working that work for you.  Over the program you will:


  • Evaluate your routines, habits, energy, personality, tendencies and more to see what’s working for you and what’s not.
  • Learn how you personally form habits, or not, and discover how to hold yourself accountable and stay committed.
  • Establish new ways to set yourself up for success and good health that feel aligned and right for you. 
  • Learn how to manage fears and doubts when it comes to putting your own needs first.
  • Discover how to become your own best friend and intuitive guide, where you can recognise and honour your own needs without guilt or shame.
  • Work through whatever comes up for you during this time in a safe, supportive, non-judgemental environment to build confidence, self-love and supportive .

  • It will run for 6 weeks from Monday 12th September through into October.
  • Designed purposefully for busy, working people, short activity modules will drop each week for you to do when it best suits you.
  • Weekday accountability and support when YOU need it will be via the Telegram app.
  • 2 x group coaching calls via Zoom to dive deeper and support you further (recordings will be made available). 
  • Being a group program creates its own wondrous supportive energy and a-ha moments and I’m excited for the support you’ll give to and gain from each other as we work through the weeks together.

Hello! I’m Jo and I’m a coach, mentor, intuitive and empath who loves to write, talk, guide, teach, listen and connect with like-minded good souls. I’ve been in the corporate world, pushing and hustling most of my career, but redundancy offered me the gift and opportunity to set up my own business … from which I continue to learn and honour so much about myself.  It also led me to search for tools and techniques to help myself overcome self-doubt, self-sabotage, and crippling fear, stress and worry, which I now share and use in my one-to-one and group experiences, to help others lead the calmer, fulfilling lives they so crave.

I love nothing more than to empower others, to see them find inner calm, to honour and respect themselves and truly step into their power and potential in their own, unique way.  For those, like you and me, who wish to shine their inner light, to live life truly and fully, we pave the way and give permission for others to do the same.  We bring more light into the world in whatever way we can and I’d be honoured to help and guide you on this journey.
